Happy Sunday, Reader ☀️

Last week I spent (on average) 14 hours each day staring and working on my phone, laptop, and tablet.

I get in phases like this sometimes. Literally non-stop inspiration from eyes open to eyes shut.

This one has surprised me, though. No burnouts or lulls at all. Full throttle output for 10 days straight.

I think this bout of work was largely supported by the consistent soundscape of the Ganges River playing in the background of my room in Rishikesh. From my perch, it sounds like an A/C unit, forever looping and submerging me back into the flow of writing and designing.

I’m in Kuala Lumpur now and am really enjoying it. The city is interwoven with trees and parks everywhere 🌳

I hope you enjoy this week’s {Body} • {Mind} • {Soul} Newsletter and have a beautiful Sunday, - Ethan ॐ

P.S. I’ll be giving you a free 75-minute yoga class on Wednesday, lead by me and my soul sister/business partner, Gabriella.

I hope you’ll watch it to get a feel for our unique teaching styles that will brought to The Course of Transformation, happening July 3rd → 9th on the wild coasts of Portugal.

Using nature to heal

Your body is a sophisticated “bioelectric field” generator and receiver with an incredible capacity to heal itself.

The fields that guide its healing aren’t random — they mirror the precise frequencies found in nature itself.

In other words, when you spend time in natural settings (unplugged), Her fields reorganize your cells, enhance your immune function, and accelerate your tissue repair.

Yet instead of aligning with these natural fields, we’re actively disrupting them. Our cells are constantly bathed in artificial EMF radiation, recycled air, and both physical and mental toxins.

Practice

You cannot heal without nature. Period.

That means: eat more plants, hug trees, walk barefoot on the Earth, whistle to the birds, bathe in the moonlight, dance in the rain, meditate by your local pond.

"But I live in a big city! But I have a busy job and family commitments! But I don’t have the money!"

These are just deranged stories your mind comes up with to justify staying sick — don’t overthink this. Snack on bananas, not banana-flavored muffins. Take lunch breaks at the park. Remove your Bluetooth headphones and pet a dog. Plant some cilantro on your window sill.

Your body is begging for more connection with nature. Start small, but start today.

What is 5D consciousness?

This is Part 3 of 3. Click to read Part 1 or Part 2.

5D is short-hand for “The 5th Dimension”, a blissful state one can experience beyond the dualities of gain and loss, like and dislike.

Accessing 5th dimensional consciousness isn’t hard. In fact, it is the most natural thing one can do.

How? Just drop your perspective.

“He’s angry at me for pointing out the truth.” “I absolutely love this Indian food!” “We should have a more nuanced take on politics.” These are merely perspectives (opinions), not Reality.†

Why must you drop your perspective to enter the 5D? Because perspective requires that you be on this side viewing something happening on that side. This is completely counter to the non-local fifth dimensional frame of mind where everything is happening right Here. (Re: Part 1)

Moreover, having a perspective requires setting artificial start and end dates on what you’re viewing, the antithesis of living in the timeless fifth dimension.

Consider the simple question: “why do you feel that way”? Despite the fact your feelings depend on everything that has ever happened in the entire history of the Universe, your mind will come up with a simplistic story of linear-based cause and effect: “I feel this way because I ate too much peanut butter.”

Stories are based on the senses, which only ever interact with a fraction of reality. This leads you to draw incomplete conclusions about what’s really happening, while being convinced that you are right.

Remember: the fifth dimension is beyond the logic of your mind. Let go of your desire to know, and you will Know. Let go of your need to control, and you will Have. Let go of your perspective, and you will See.

† Note…having a perspective or opinion is neither bad, nor wrong — it is simply a roadblock to accessing higher states in meditation. Don’t take it personally; timelessness and non-locality are simply the rules of the fifth dimension.

“As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.” — Rumi

It’s natural to want to know what’s next in your journey.

But if you were suddenly shown all that was to come, your nervous system would be overwhelmed and shut down.

Like a weightlifter who trains to squat 300 pounds, your physical body must slowly acclimate to greater and greater levels of insight; otherwise, it will be like a Windows XP operating system receiving tasks designed for a super computer.

Does the parent inform the child about the reality of nuclear war-heads, student loans, or derivatives in calculus? Of course not — the child either wouldn’t understand or wouldn’t sleep!

God’s timing is always perfect. When it’s in your best interest to know, you will know. Until then, be grateful for the step you’re currently taking and trust that the next one is on its way. 🙂
